A compact bass amplifier doesn't have to be limited in its capabilities. The Eich T 300 II combines a full-featured transistor preamp with a powerful Class D power stage in a cabinet measuring just 27.6 x 5.5 x 22 cm. Weighing only 1.70 kg, this bass amp head is easy to take to rehearsals, gigs and studio sessions. Its fanless design also makes it ideal for situations where you don't want to hear any additional fan noise. From your first band rehearsal to a gig connected to the PA, this head offers straightforward controls and extensive connectivity options.
The ultra-linear input stage provides the foundation for a clear, powerfully defined bass sound across the entire frequency spectrum. The four-band EQ allows you to adjust the lows, low mids, high mids and highs individually, so you can properly match your bass and speaker cabinet. The TASTE control also gives you quick access to different tonal characters. Towards DRY, the amplifier sounds modern, tight and dry, while RICH provides a warmer, punchy vintage character. This makes it easy to switch between a direct sound for precise basslines and a fuller character for driving grooves.
The power stage delivers 300 watts at 4 ohms and 200 watts at 8 ohms, with two Eich Speaker Connectors for speaker connections. Gain and master controls adjust your signal level, while the switchable -10 dB input helps with strong input signals. For stage and studio use, there is a transformer-balanced XLR DI output with pre/post switching and Ground Lift. You will also find a parallel effects loop, tuner out, mute and line out. At home, you can play along via stereo Bluetooth or the 3.5mm aux input and listen through the stereo headphone amplifier. The mains voltage is switchable between 115 and 230 volts.
