Rumor has it that after closing time, when everyone has gone home, strange, creepy sounds are coming from our pedal box. We can only speculate as to what is causing this, but the Earthquaker Devices Ghost Echo is our prime suspect. This esoteric, mysterious reverb moves in the twilight zone between analogue and digital, a place where dusty, probably haunted spring reverb units from the 50s and terrifyingly long pre-delays lurk. Under the three controls, you can dig up reverb sounds that remind you of rockabilly, but also of that deserted creek in the middle of the forest where you should never go after sunset. Kick in the Ghost Echo and make the audience shudder... Wait, did the LED just turn on by itself?
