This version is built with all-solid tonewoods, including solid mahogany for the back and sides and a solid spruce top. This classic combination delivers the recognizable J-45 sound: a wide dynamic range, warm and rich mid-tones, and a tight, punchy bass that remains perfectly balanced with both vigorous strumming and subtle fingerpicking. The one-piece mahogany neck has a comfortable Rounded C-profile and is fitted with a rosewood fingerboard with 20 frets and subtle mother-of-pearl dot inlays, providing a timeless and understated look.

The distinctive 60s Kalamazoo headstock is equipped with a bone nut and smooth-operating Grover Rotomatic tuners, ensuring the guitar stays in tune and reliable, both at home and on stage. The rosewood belly-up bridge with bone saddle and ivory-colored bridge pins contributes to optimal string vibration transfer and sustain. The traditional teardrop pickguard in tortoise color completes the classic look.
