The Darkglass Microtubes B7K V2 is the evolved version of one of the most beloved bass distortion pedals ever made. Darkglass took the original B7K and improved it at the crucial point: the mid frequencies. With the new frequency switches on both the Low Mids and Hi Mids, you can adjust the center frequency, allowing you to sculpt your ideal distortion tone in detail.
The sound of the B7K V2 is defined, dynamic, and full of character. The Microtubes technology provides an organic overdrive that keeps the low frequencies intact, while the Grunt and Attack switches further shape the aggression and character of the distortion. The separate Direct Output also makes the pedal directly usable as a DI box in the studio or live.
The B7K V2 features controls for Blend, Level, Drive, Grunt, Attack, Low, Low Mids (with frequency switch), Hi Mids (with frequency switch), and Treble. Connections include Input, Output, Parallel Output, Direct Output, and 9V DC In (30 mA). Product type: bass distortion.
