Already one of the nicer releases of 2020: the PRS SE P20 Parlor series, this time with the P20E Satin Mahogany version. These steel-string acoustic guitars are small in size, but have an incredibly big sound. Thanks to its all-mahogany construction (with a solid mahogany top!) the PRS SE P20E Parlor Satin Mahogany has an incredibly organic and warm tone, and that effect is further enhanced by the PRS hybrid X/Classical bracing. This allows the solid mahogany top to vibrate freely. The result? Tight projection and a big, focused sound. Combine that with the small size, which makes the guitar wonderfully playable and very easy to transport. So whether you travel by train, car or bicycle: this P20E Parlor is your ideal companion. As if all this wasn't enough, the SE P20E Parlor Satin Mahogany is equipped with the Fishman GT1 pickup system that will have you covered live as well. This pickup provides a dynamically amplified sound that stays true to the original acoustic sound, allowing the P20E to transition effortlessly from couch guitar to stage instrument. As icing on the cake, the guitar is finished in a tasteful Satin Mahogany finish, which in combination with the herringbone binding and rosette gives the guitar a very luxurious look.
