The Sandberg Built for Heavy Duty: Victor Brandt's Signature in All Black
The Sandberg Forty Eight Victor Brandt Signature Black Matt is a no-compromise bass guitar. Developed in collaboration with Victor Brandt, bassist for Dimmu Borgir, this instrument is built to withstand the heavy assault of extreme metal without losing an ounce of definition. Finished in all black, from body to hardware, this bass exudes a dark authority that perfectly matches the music it was designed for.
The European Ash body delivers an open, clear resonance with a tight attack and a powerful low-end that stands strong even in the heaviest mix. The Canadian Hard Rock Maple neck with ebony fretboard plays fast and precise, while the hard, dense structure of the ebony ensures a quick, defined attack. The Black Label splitcoil and T-pickups offer two characteristic sounds: the splitcoil delivers a warm, full P-Bass tone, while the T-pickup provides a clear, present Jazz Bass sound. Together, they give you the best of both worlds in one instrument.
The active electronics with push-pull volume pot offer an active/passive system for maximum flexibility on stage. The black hardware, 14" radius, and 22 frets complete an instrument that has been meticulously thought out in every detail. Delivered including Sandberg gigbag.
A signature bass that is as dark and direct as the music it was made for.
