The Fundamental Overdrive is a versatile overdrive without bells and whistles. The layout is very simple: you can choose between 3 different overdrive types and within them you have control over gain, tone and volume. Let's start with the 3 types. Smooth is a recognizable, velvety overdrive with rich mids: ideal for solos or to thicken a stratocaster, for example. Crunch is a brighter, rawer overdrive with a subtle boost in the low end. Bright is a glassy, ​​transparent overdrive with extra detail in the highs. 3 quite different overdrive types, which can be further tweaked with the Gain, Tone and Volume controls. Whatever your setup, the Walrus Fundamental Overdrive will fit right in!
