The Fullertone DC'62 in Ice Blue Metallic: Offset DNA with Roasted Limba and a Goldfoil Touch
The Eastman Fullertone DC'62 is Eastman's interpretation of the classic offset guitar, but with materials and details that immediately set the instrument apart from the rest. The body is carved from roasted black limba: a lightweight, resonant wood that provides a warm, open tone perfectly suited to the offset character. The roasted maple neck further enhances stability and playability. The Ice Blue Metallic finish in Truetone satin gives the whole a fresh, timeless edge.
The pickup configuration is well-conceived: two Tonerider SQ1-WH staggered noiseless single coils in the neck and middle positions, complemented by a Tonerider Soapbar Humbucker with a custom goldfoil cover at the bridge. This combination gives you the range of a traditional offset as well as the option for a fuller, warmer bridge tone via the 5-way selector. Volume, tone, and a floating tremolo with a brass sustaining block provide the familiar offset playing feel.
Pearl dots on a rosewood fretboard, 22 frets, Jescar FW47104-P fretwire, and a 25.5" scale length. Delivered with a Fullertone padded gigbag.
