The Custom Shop 1957 SJ-200 in Vintage Sunburst is the most faithful reconstruction of the model that found its definitive form in 1957: a Super Jumbo body with a character that sounds bigger than anything else, executed with the materials and craftsmanship that only the Custom Shop can provide.

The jumbo body projects with a volume and presence unmatched by other acoustic guitars, while the tone remains surprisingly balanced. The thermally aged Sitka Spruce top on solid maple back and sides delivers the characteristic SJ-200 sound: full lows, clear highs, and a midrange with warmth that effortlessly supports both fingerpicking and powerful strumming. The scalloped X-brace keeps the top free and responsive across the entire dynamic range.

The maple neck has a Round profile with a rosewood fretboard, Mother-of-Pearl Graduated Crown inlays, and 20 frets over a 24.75-inch scale length.
