Martin D-41 with "Golden Era" Specs!
This Dreadnought from Martin is equipped with a number of "Golden Era" specifications. With this, Martin pays tribute to their "creative boom" in the first half of the previous century. First of all, the scalloped bracing of this D-41 is slightly deeper. The neck is also a bit slimmer than that of most contemporary Martins. The bridge is also a nod to the past; the Golden Era bridge is a beautifully rounded design with softer curves.
Furthermore, this D-41 has everything that makes this model so incredibly special. The combination of the East Indian Rosewood back and sides and the Sitka Spruce top provide a rich, deep and clear sound that is perfect for strumming and flatpicking. The D-41 is equipped with a number of very nice aesthetic additions, such as the Reduced Hexagon inlays, Abalone Binding and Gold Open-Gear tuners.
