The PRS Custom 24-08 Wood Library Sage is not a catalog guitar. Each Wood Library guitar is assembled from carefully selected woods from PRS's own wood archive, meaning this Sage model is unique. The combination of a mahogany body with a flamed maple top gives this guitar a character you won't easily find elsewhere.
Does the Custom 24-08 sound different from a standard Custom 24? Absolutely. The 2x PRS DMO pickups deliver an open, dynamic sound with a rich midrange that responds exceptionally well to your touch. The 08 configuration adds two mini-toggles that allow you to switch the pickups to single-coil mode, greatly expanding the tonal palette. From crystal-clear clean to warm and full with drive, this guitar will follow you everywhere.
The ziricote fretboard is not only a visual statement, but it also plays exceptionally well thanks to the Pattern Thin neck profile and 10" radius. With 24 frets, PRS Locking tuners, and the Gen III Tremolo, you have an instrument that remains stable and responds accurately. The Old School Outline Birds inlays, the Sage finish, and the flamed maple neck make this a guitar you won't soon forget. Delivered with a hardcase.
